Dubai Police, in coordination with its strategic partners, will conduct a mock emergency drill at Global Village on Tuesday, October 21 at 2 PM, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance public safety and operational readiness.

The exercise aims to test emergency response procedures and strengthen coordination among various security and support agencies. Officials emphasized that such drills are part of Dubai’s broader commitment to ensuring safety and preparedness in major public venues that attract large crowds.

Dubai Police announced the planned activity through their official social media channels, urging the public to cooperate by avoiding the area during the drill. Visitors and nearby residents are requested not to take photographs or videos, keep a safe distance from the training zone, and allow unobstructed access for patrol units and emergency vehicles participating in the exercise.

Authorities reiterated that these periodic drills are essential for maintaining the emirate’s world-class safety standards and ensuring swift, coordinated responses to potential emergencies at public attractions like Global Village.
