Dubai Press Club, in partnership with Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, has launched the third phase of the ‘Dubai Content Creators Programme’, aimed at strengthening cultural and creative digital content that reflects Dubai’s identity, heritage, and evolving cultural landscape.
The latest phase of the initiative seeks to support emerging media talent by equipping content creators with advanced digital storytelling skills, practical production tools, and creative techniques aligned with global media standards.
The programme also reinforces Dubai’s ambitions to further position itself as a leading regional and global hub for media innovation and creative industries. Registration for the programme is now open through the official Dubai Press Club platform.
Mona Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club, praised Dubai Culture’s role in advancing the emirate’s cultural and creative ecosystem.
She said the programme serves as an important platform for identifying and developing talent capable of producing impactful and responsible content that reflects Dubai’s ambitions, creative identity, and cultural richness.
According to Al Marri, the initiative aims to empower a new generation of creators with the tools and expertise needed to tell Dubai’s stories in innovative and engaging ways while strengthening the city’s global creative presence.
Hala Badri said the programme represents a key step in developing creative capabilities and enabling participants to produce authentic narratives inspired by Dubai’s history, heritage, achievements, and cultural values.
She highlighted that content creation has become a major pillar of the creative economy and an essential contributor to Dubai’s vision for a knowledge-based and innovation-driven future.
Badri added that the initiative also supports the development of a new generation of creators, artists, and influencers capable of connecting with audiences while showcasing Dubai’s unique cultural identity to the world.
Scheduled to run from 8 to 19 June 2026, the programme will include 40 hours of specialised workshops and interactive sessions delivered in collaboration with major digital platforms and industry experts.
Participants will receive training in digital storytelling, audience engagement strategies, content production across major social media platforms, and the use of emerging technologies, including AI-powered content creation tools.
Maryam Al Mulla said the partnership with Dubai Culture for the third edition of the programme will provide participants with hands-on learning experiences focused on creative digital storytelling and AI-driven media production.
The latest edition builds on the success of previous phases of the programme, which focused on economic content in partnership with the UAE Ministry of Economy and health and science content in collaboration with Dubai Health.
