Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), the aerospace platform within Dubai South, has announced a major expansion by UUDS AERO, which has grown its operational footprint to more than 180,000 square metres across multiple facilities since launching its first operation at the hub in 2022.
The expansion reflects UUDS AERO’s growing role in meeting regional and international demand for aircraft cabin completion, modification, certification, manufacturing, and maintenance services. It also reinforces MBRAH’s position as a leading destination for aerospace companies looking to expand within a fully integrated aviation ecosystem.
Since establishing its presence at MBRAH, UUDS AERO has expanded to four operational facilities within the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone. The company is also developing an additional airside facility to support its future growth.
Looking ahead, UUDS AERO plans to further strengthen its regional capabilities through the development of two Code F plots dedicated to advanced cabin completion and retrofit services for wide-body aircraft. The project will also include the region’s first Cabin Excellence Centre, located within the Airline Manufacturing and Supply Chain Zone.
The latest expansion highlights the continued momentum of aerospace activities at MBRAH, supported by advanced infrastructure, strategic connectivity, streamlined regulations, and access to a broad network of aviation manufacturers, suppliers, maintenance providers, and industry stakeholders.
