Experts emphasise taking a holistic approach

Dubai, 05 May, 2023: LiveWell with Nakheel, a health and wellness initiative across Nakheel’s communities in Dubai, hosted a hair and skin health event at Sal’s Bistro in Jumeirah Islands, one of Nakheel’s communities. Guest speakers Charlotte Mahaini, Hair Specialist, and Uma Ghosh, Holistic Beauty Educator, joined Irina Sharma, co-curator of LiveWell with Nakheel and integrative health coach.

Guests at the event participated in a question-and-answer panel session with the experts who explained the best and easiest ways to maintain the condition of hair and skin. Attendees were also able to watch live demonstrations of hair and skin treatments performed by professionals.

Irina Sharma, co-curator of LiveWell with Nakheel and integrative health coach said: “So many people look to beauty products to make our hair longer, improve our skin, and strengthen our nails. However, our lifestyle choices, environment and day to day activities are some of the key contributors affecting the condition of our hair, skin and nails. These are also some of the easiest to change to have the greatest positive impact.”
