Fly Jinnah, Pakistan’s fast-growing low-cost carrier, has inaugurated direct flights between Lahore and Dubai, further strengthening air links between the two nations.
The inaugural flight departed from Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport on October 29, marked by a special ceremony attended by Fly Jinnah officials and airport representatives. A welcoming event followed at Dubai International Airport to celebrate the airline’s expansion into one of the region’s busiest aviation hubs.
Twice-weekly schedule
The new Lahore–Dubai route will operate twice a week — every Wednesday and Sunday — offering convenient travel options for both business and leisure passengers.
- From Lahore: 18:45 (local time)
- From Dubai: 23:00 (local time)
According to a Fly Jinnah spokesperson, the new route “expands Fly Jinnah’s international network and strengthens air connectivity between Pakistan and the UAE.” The airline highlighted that the service will enhance trade, tourism, and cultural exchange while continuing its mission to provide “affordable, reliable, and value-driven air travel.”
Expanding UAE footprint
This latest addition means Fly Jinnah now operates direct flights from Pakistan to both Sharjah and Dubai, offering greater flexibility for travelers seeking budget-friendly connections within the UAE.
