Global Food Week 2026 has officially opened visitor registration for its upcoming exhibition, alongside registration for the second edition of the Global Food Security Summit (GFSS), which will be held as part of the event in Abu Dhabi.

Organised by ADNEC Group, a Modon company, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA), Global Food Week 2026 will take place from October 6 to 8 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.

The three-day event is expected to bring together participants from across the global food ecosystem, combining a large-scale exhibition, business networking opportunities and high-level discussions focused on the future of food, agriculture and food security.

A new feature for this year is Shop at the Show, a dedicated Business-to-Consumer platform that will allow visitors to purchase products directly from participating exhibitors. The initiative will also provide brands with an additional opportunity to interact directly with consumers.

Global Food Week 2026 will host a number of international pavilions showcasing food products, emerging technologies, traditional delicacies and innovative solutions designed to meet the changing needs of the global food and beverage sector.

For exhibitors, the event will provide access to the UAE’s growing F&B market and opportunities to connect with policymakers, buyers, business leaders and other key stakeholders. Companies looking to expand into the UAE will also be able to engage with decision-makers and potential commercial partners.

The second edition of the Global Food Security Summit will bring together policymakers, researchers, industry specialists and innovators to discuss major challenges facing global food systems.

Key areas of discussion will include strengthening food supply chains, improving resilience, supporting innovation and sustainability, and reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s role as a centre for developing food security solutions.

The summit programme will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions and expert-led sessions addressing emerging opportunities and challenges across the global food security landscape.

With sustainability, innovation and resilience at the centre of the agenda, Global Food Week 2026 and GFSS are expected to provide a platform for international collaboration and new partnerships aimed at supporting a more secure and sustainable global food future.
