Having made its grand debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, this new iteration of the iconic Defender promises unique capability and refinement, combining the rugged spirit of its predecessors with cutting-edge technology and bespoke artisanry.
At the heart of the Defender Octa lies a potent 4.4-litre twin turbo mild-hybrid V8 engine, delivering a staggering 635PS and up to 750Nm of torque.
Such power catapults the Octa from 0 to 60mph in a mere 3.8 seconds, marking it the most powerful Defender ever conceived. Engineered to conquer any terrain, this model boasts advanced 6D dynamics suspension with pitch and roll control, ensuring stability and comfort whether navigating city streets or forging paths through rugged landscapes.
True to its name, the Defender Octa exudes an aura of toughness and luxury reminiscent of its namesake mineral, the diamond. Its robust exterior features a commanding stance widened wheel arches and redesigned bumpers that enhance approach and departure angles.

Inside, the Defender Octa offers a sanctuary of luxury and innovation. The cabin showcases premium materials such as UltrafabricsTM PU and bespoke finishes tailored to elevate comfort and aesthetic appeal.
New performance seats, equipped with body and soul seat technology, immerse occupants in a unique audio experience developed in collaboration with SUBPAC and Coventry University, blending music with physical sensation.
For its inaugural year, the Defender Octa Edition One introduces exclusive paint options like Faroe green and detailing such as chopped carbon fibre, emphasising its bespoke nature. Clients can further personalise their vehicles with various interior trims and exterior finishes, ensuring each Defender Octa reflects individual taste and adventure-ready spirit.
