The Roads and Transport Authority has confirmed phased road closures in and around Downtown Dubai, alongside extended public transport services, free shuttle buses, and more than 20,000 designated parking spaces.

Authorities are urging residents and visitors to plan ahead and rely on public transport wherever possible.
