Heroes – Coach Bakr
- Teens Active: Tuesdays at 17:00

Think obstacle courses meet bootcamp meets epic playground. The Heroes class challenges kids with jumping, throwing, climbing, and teamwork—designed to improve agility, resilience, and a “yes I can!” mindset.
