Ras Al Khaimah Police roll out smart services system to reduce bureaucracy

Ras Al Khaimah Police have launched a new integrated smart services and partnerships system designed to simplify procedures, boost service efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

The initiative brings together government and private-sector partners while using smart technologies to speed up service delivery and reduce administrative delays. Early results are already visible, with vehicle registration processing times cut by 70 percent.

Brigadier Ahmed Al Sam Al Naqbi, Director-General of Central Operations at Ras Al Khaimah Police, said the system is delivering measurable improvements across key services. He highlighted the automation of driving tests using artificial intelligence, which has improved accuracy and increased transparency in operations.

In addition, smart digital platforms have been introduced to identify road defects, supporting safer traffic conditions across the emirate.

Al Naqbi said the move aligns with the UAE’s zero-bureaucracy drive and reflects strong coordination with strategic partners. He added that the initiative supports Ras Al Khaimah Police’s broader goal of leading in digital government services while delivering a smoother, more efficient experience for customers.
