Accelerating digital transformation

Salesforce showcased its cutting-edge AI-driven digital labour platform, Agentforce, at the Agentforce World Tour held in Dubai on May 28, 2025. The event was attended by Salesforce customers, partners, and associates, underscoring the increasing interest in AI solutions in the GCC region.

Keynote speakers, including Marco Hernansanz, Executive Vice President and CEO for Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; Mohammed Alkhotani, Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Middle East; and Maha Alaoui, Head of Solution Engineering for the Middle East and Africa (MEA), highlighted how Salesforce’s innovations are transforming industries.

They discussed the integration of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Customer 360 to enhance efficiency and customer experience on a unified platform.

The event featured presentations from regional customers, demonstrating how Salesforce solutions are improving operations. The National Bank of Kuwait shared insights into leveraging Tableau for data-driven decision-making, while Aldar Education discussed digitising student services through AI-powered automation. Engie, a global energy company, demonstrated how a customised Salesforce Cloud solution enhanced its renewable energy sales in Poland.

According to Salesforce’s Trends in AI for CRM report, 77% of business leaders cite issues around trusted data and ethics that could hinder AI deployments. However, organisations in the UAE are increasingly recognising the need for AI-based solutions to enhance productivity. Salesforce’s State of Sales report indicates that 75% of sales teams in the UAE have either fully implemented AI or are experimenting with the technology, highlighting a strong demand for effective AI solutions.
