The new menu begins with elevated starters like the pillowy Sour Dough Focaccia Garlic Bread topped with white cheese and butter garlic, and the crisp Salt Water Bites fresh calamari paired with a zingy yuzu mayo. Adventurous diners can enjoy the Tokyo Rice Bowl, layered with Japanese rice, truffle, burrata, and ginger, or dive into the Ocean Roll, a refreshing combination of fresh salmon, crab sticks, and creamy yuzu mayo. The Amazing Chicken Sliderbrings together tender chicken breast, white cheese, citrus aioli, and pickles in a handheld delight, while Fry Me Crazyreimagines loaded fries with a punchy mayo-pickle combo.
Hearty appetites are rewarded with standouts like the Velvet Rigatoni, coated in parmesan cheese, sundried tomato, and garlic, and the Blaze Brisket slow-cooked beef brisket served with BBQ lamb jus, red onion pickle, and parmesan crisp. The Golden Kunafa Swirl combines crispy kunafa with white cheese and rose sugar syrup for a nostalgic-yet-modern treat. Guests can indulge in the Dulce de Leche French Toast topped with vanilla ice cream and rich chocolate sauce, or the Rose Cloud Milk Cake—a soft sponge soaked in rose milk and finished with airy whipped cream.

Tokyo Banana Bliss blends banana, milk, vanilla ice cream, and matcha for a creamy, dreamy drink, while Belgian Green Crunch pairs matcha with biscoff and milk in a comforting twist. Bluegold Colada delivers tropical vibes with pineapple, grenadine, and coconut, and Matcha Rouge mixes raspberry, cinnamon, milk, and matcha into a bold, vibrant refreshment. Pearl of the Garden is light and herbal with pear, basil, and lemon, while Dark Spritz combines strawberry, charcoal powder, citrus, mint, and diet Sprite for an edgy twist. Kyoto Mojito features cucumber, lemon, yuzu, and ginger ale in a fizzy, bright sipper. Rounding out the collection are Sakura Forest, a strawberry and matcha fusion with milk, and the daring Wasabi Spark, which ignites the palate with lemon and ginger beer.
