UAE leaders extend Christmas greetings, highlight values of peace and coexistence

The UAE’s leadership has extended warm Christmas greetings to Christian communities in the country and around the world, reinforcing messages of peace, harmony, and shared human values.

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan conveyed his wishes to those celebrating the festive season both locally and internationally, emphasising goodwill and unity during the holiday.

“I extend my warmest regards to all those celebrating Christmas in the UAE and around the world,” he said, offering hopes for “peace, joy, and harmony” for families and communities everywhere.

In a similar message, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, congratulated Christian communities on the occasion.

Writing on his official X account, Sheikh Mohammed extended his congratulations to Christians in the UAE and worldwide, noting that Christmas reflects values of peace, fraternity, and human coexistence. He expressed hope that compassion and love would continue to grow among people of all cultures and faiths.

The messages reflect the UAE’s continued commitment to tolerance, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence, values that remain central to the country’s diverse and multicultural society.
