The UAE National Media Office (NMO) has unveiled plans for the BRIDGE Summit, a landmark event set to become the world’s largest platform dedicated to media, content, and entertainment.

The inaugural edition will take place from December 8 to 10, 2025 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), welcoming over 60,000 participants from across the globe.

A Global Marketplace for Creativity

The BRIDGE Summit will bring together an unprecedented mix of creators, producers, artists, publishers, entrepreneurs, investors, academics and policymakers. With 400 international speakers and 300 exhibitors, the event is positioned as the world’s biggest collective marketplace for media and entertainment.

Covering 1.65 million square feet, the summit will feature seven dedicated content tracks and more than 300 activities including 200 panel discussions, 50 workshops and a wide array of interactive sessions. The aim is to foster partnerships, accelerate innovation and strengthen creative value chains worldwide.

“Content as the Capital of Nations”

Speaking about the significance of the summit, Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the UAE National Media Office, UAE Media Council and BRIDGE Summit, described the gathering as a “transformative milestone” for the global creative economy.

“The BRIDGE Summit redefines the role of media and content as strategic drivers of development, while building bridges of understanding between nations,” he said.

“Content is the true capital of nations, a renewable resource for creativity and growth. Today, power is not shaped by economies and technology alone, but also by societies’ ability to create meaningful and impactful content.”

A Laboratory for Innovation

Positioned as an “open laboratory”, the summit will connect innovators, financiers, investors and distributors, while providing platforms for dialogue between regulators and industry leaders.

Participants will span the full spectrum of the media and cultural landscape including cinema, television, publishing, music, performing arts, digital platforms, gaming, AR/VR, design and architecture. Universities and research hubs will also play a key role in shaping the conversations.

Seven Tracks Shaping the Future

The summit’s thematic tracks will spotlight fast-evolving areas of media and entertainment, including:

  • Media
  • Creator Economy
  • Music
  • Gaming
  • Tech
  • Marketing
  • Picture

Discussions will explore cutting-edge trends such as AI-driven creativity, esports, streaming economies, immersive visuals and omni-channel strategies.

Long-Term Cultural and Economic Impact

Organisers emphasise that the impact of BRIDGE will go far beyond the three-day gathering. The summit is expected to boost investment, stimulate growth in creative industries, encourage cross-border collaborations and further strengthen the UAE’s role as a global hub for media and cultural exchange.
