Khaled Hashem | Elite Architecture has been selected as a winner by Luxury Lifestyle Awards in 2024, earning the title of Best Luxury Contemporary Residential Interior Design for their exceptional work on the Fakeeh Contemporary Home in the Al Shatea District of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Founded by Arch. Khaled Hashem in September 2016, KH Elite Architecture has quickly become a leader of modern design in Saudi Arabia. The firm is dedicated to reshaping the local identity and elevating individuals’ quality of life through minimalistic and contemporary architecture.
The LLA-winning Fakeeh Contemporary Home, designed and constructed by KH Elite Architecture and Elite Contracting Company under Arch. Khaled Hashem, is a distinguished new build project completed between December 2023 and May 2024. Located in the prestigious Al Shatea District, this residence spans 450 m² of land with a built-up area of 820 m², serving as an ideal second home for the high-profile Fakeeh family, known for their significant contributions to Saudi Arabia’s medical field.
The home epitomizes modern elegance and practicality, tailored for a busy, high-profile couple. Its design emphasizes open spaces and minimalistic furniture, featuring double and triple-height areas that create a gallery-like atmosphere. This approach merges aesthetic grace with functional simplicity, offering a stylish yet low-maintenance retreat that complements the demanding professional lives of its owners.

The project features custom carpentry, including a bespoke library and select furniture pieces. High-end brands such as Minotti, Rugberry, Elegant Home, and Roche Bobois were used for most of the furniture. The interior also showcases artworks from local and European artists, adding a unique and personalized touch to the home.
