ENOC Group hosted the 2024 edition of ENOC Awards in recognition of the outstanding contributions and dedication of its employees. The annual ceremony honours employees in a variety of categories, acknowledging their dedication to the Group’s success in alignment with the government’s efforts to build a knowledge-based economy.
The awards ceremony was attended by His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC, along with senior executives from ENOC Group. Over 250 employees received awards at the ceremony. Additionally,10 lucky employees won prizes through a raffle draw.

This year’s edition of the awards recognised employees in the following categories: Long Service Awards, honouring employees who have dedicated 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years of service to ENOC Group; Elite Awards, recognising top performers who have exceeded expectations and significantly impacted business productivity and performance; Emiratisation Awards, acknowledging the efforts and commitment of segment and department heads in aligning with National Agendas; and ENOC Employee Engagement Awards, celebrating individuals who have driven positive change and fostered a culture of continuous improvement through enhanced employee engagement.
