Bimser opens its MENA regional office in Dubai

Focus on the enterprise software market

Turkish enterprise software leader Bimser has officially launched its new regional office in Dubai, UAE, marking a major milestone in its strategic expansion across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Founded in 1998, with over 2,500 global customers, Bimser has established a strong reputation in enterprise software. It provides innovative and scalable solutions for various business needs.

The company’s core offerings include its low-code development platform Synergy, the QDMS quality management system, BEAM for asset and maintenance management, the Ensemble performance management suite, and QGRC for governance, risk, and compliance. Bimser currently serves clients in over 30 countries, from offices in Turkey, the United States, and the UAE.

Murat Atıcı, CEO of Bimser, underscored the importance of the new Dubai office in the company’s global roadmap.

“Our goal is to become a truly global enterprise software company, and opening a regional office in Dubai is a strategic step in that journey,” said Atıcı. “The MENA region holds immense potential, and this move allows us to provide faster, more localised support to our partners and customers.”

Bimser’s new Dubai office acts as a regional marketing and sales headquarters, primarily focusing on strengthening partner and customer relationships. By the end of 2025, Bimser plans to significantly increase its footprint across the MENA region by tripling the number of partners. The UAE market is a key starting point, where the company already works closely with three partners.

Bimser’s go-to-market strategy in the MENA region is anchored in a partner-first model, empowering local businesses to deliver software solutions across industries. Partners in the area include Wellspring Solutions, Expert House SP, Jacky’s Business Solutions, IT-SBO, Eco-Tech, ZingerStick Software, and IISolutions.

“What sets us apart is the adaptability of our platforms. We are not limited to a single industry. Our solutions have been deployed across over 20 sectors,” Atıcı noted. “We are bringing flexibility, scalability, and robust local support to the region — all while empowering our partners to grow with us.”

Bimser’s expansion comes when demand for enterprise software in the Middle East is reaching new heights. The region is undergoing rapid digital transformation, fuelled by initiatives in regulatory compliance, automation, and the adoption of cloud-based technologies.

As a hub of innovation and business connectivity, Dubai offers Bimser a strategic advantage in reaching a diverse and growing customer base. The company aims to drive innovation in digital transformation while helping enterprises across the region modernise their operations and remain competitive.

With the launch of its Dubai office, Bimser is investing in physical presence and committing to long-term engagement with local talent, technology ecosystems, and regional partners, solidifying its role as a key player in the future of enterprise software in the Middle East.
