The wait is nearly over – with just three days to go, Slava’s Snowshow is set to make its enchanting debut in Riyadh on Thursday, 15 May at 8:00PM, running until 24 May at Baker AlShdi Theater. This internationally celebrated production has captivated more than 12 million people across the globe and earned over 25 major awards, including the Olivier Award for Best Entertainment and a Tony Award nomination. Created by Russian artist Slava Polunin, the show is a surreal, heartwarming masterpiece that blends clowning, visual storytelling, and immersive stagecraft into a wordless journey filled with wonder and emotion.
At the centre of it all is Assissiaï, a Chaplin-like figure in a billowing yellow jumpsuit, who wanders through a dreamlike world without uttering a single word.
