The Salt Road Doha at Andaz Doha invites culinary enthusiasts to Signature Nights, a limited-time dining experience featuring a special appearance from the restaurant’s celebrated chef, Beau du Toit. From Monday, 12 May to Wednesday, 14 May 2025, guests can indulge in a specially curated menu highlighting the finest seasonal ingredients and The Salt Road Doha’s signature philosophy of bold and innovative flavors from QAR 295. Located on the ground floor of Andaz Doha, The Salt Road Doha’s concept and design celebrates the rich history of salt in shaping global cuisine and culture.
In celebration of this special edition of Signature Nights, Chef Beau du Toit will be flown in from South Africa to lead the kitchen across the three-day event. Each evening, guests will be treated to an exclusive “I Trust You Chef” menu, created fresh daily, offering a one-of-a-kind culinary experience shaped by the chef’s international expertise and creative flair.
