MBRAH

The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has announced the launch of the VIP Terminal Boulevard, a landmark development designed to meet the rising demand for world-class aviation services and luxury experiences.

Situated adjacent to the existing VIP Terminal, the new boulevard will stretch 769 metres and feature 16 state-of-the-art buildings with retail outlets and aviation-related facilities. Spanning 204,000 square metres, the project will be rolled out in phases beginning in 2026.

Construction is already underway on Aviation One, a six-storey flagship building within the boulevard. It will showcase contemporary architectural design and functional layouts tailored to aviation businesses and premium service providers.

Commenting on the launch, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, said:
“The VIP Terminal Boulevard is a significant addition to the world-class facilities at Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub. It will create new opportunities for leading aviation companies and luxury brands to thrive, while reinforcing Dubai’s global position as a premier hub for aviation and investment.”

MBRAH, part of Dubai South, is a dedicated free-zone ecosystem that supports airlines, private jet operators, MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) providers, and other aviation-linked industries. It also hosts training centres, education facilities, and advanced maintenance operations, positioning Dubai as a leader in global aerospace innovation.
