Dubai, UAE — January 2026 — AD Ports Group has announced the sale of KEZAD Logistics Park – KLP Free Zone 3 to Mair Group for a total value of AED 295 million ($80.3 million).
According to the Emirates News Agency, the transaction includes the sale of warehouse assets and a land lease under a 50-year Musataha arrangement, with payments structured over two years and an initial upfront payment of AED 74 million.
Strategically located within KEZAD Al Ma’mourah near Khalifa Port, the logistics park offers direct access to major transport corridors, facilitating efficient regional and international market connectivity.
The facility spans a total land area of 128,451 square metres, featuring 59,822 square metres of gross leasable area distributed across four purpose-built blocks designed for industrial and logistics operations.
Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities & Free Zones at AD Ports Group, stated that the sale aligns with the group’s disciplined strategy of capital recycling and unlocking value from mature assets.
He emphasized that the deal strengthens the group’s balance sheet, with proceeds allocated to reducing leverage and redeploying capital into new infrastructure and growth initiatives within its Economic Cities and Free Zones portfolio.
To ensure a seamless transition, AD Ports Group will provide interim operational and maintenance support to Mair Group for up to three months under a Transition Services Agreement.
The transaction allows AD Ports Group to maintain long-term control of the strategic land through the Musataha structure while transferring ownership of the built assets.
