Originally from Brittany, France, Emma Falcher earned her Ladies European Tour card for the 2026 season following a standout year on the LET Access Series, highlighted by a victory at the Rose Ladies Open at Hanbury Manor. At just 20 years old, she represents a new generation of women’s golf, combining determination, authenticity and passion for the game.
Constance Hotels & Resorts first connected with Emma during the 2026 MCB Ladies Classic – Mauritius, held at Constance Belle Mare Plage. Beyond her performances on the course, it was her personality, natural elegance and genuine approach to golf and travel that immediately resonated with the Constance teams and spirit.
This partnership reflects a shared vision centred around authenticity, excellence and meaningful experiences. As part of the collaboration, Emma Falcher will represent Constance Hotels & Resorts throughout the Ladies European Tour season while also showcasing the group’s unique golf and hospitality experiences across Mauritius and Seychelles.
