Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Al Khozama, in partnership with Ethar Al Jawdah, has announced the development of The Mark in Riyadh’s Al Ghadeer District on the sidelines of FHS. The project will be a mixed-use destination bringing together business, hospitality, and lifestyle through a long-term investment vision.
Developed on a site of approximately 16,000 square meters, The Mark will feature more than 25,000 square meters of Grade-A office space, alongside over 3,200 square meters of retail, dining, and lifestyle experiences, creating an integrated urban environment for businesses, visitors, and residents.
The project will also include Al Faisaliah Hotel as its main hospitality component, offering 171 hospitality keys, including 130 studio residences, 40 two-bedroom suites, and an exclusive penthouse, complemented by a grand ballroom, meeting and event facilities, specialty restaurants, and an all-day dining venue.
Upon full occupancy, The Mark is expected to accommodate more than 2,000 employees and contribute to the creation of direct and indirect employment opportunities across hospitality, operations, retail, and services, positioning the project as a platform for growth and a destination for business and hospitality in the heart of Riyadh.
