A new chapter of Italian-inspired dining is set to unfold at Uptown Dubai with the upcoming launch of Rocambolesco. Operated by Eclectic Hospitality and scheduled to open in September 2026, the concept is rooted in the Italian philosophy of La Convivialità – the art of shared dining and connection.
Blending Italian flair with warm, expressive hospitality, Rocambolesco brings a creative and contemporary approach to dining, designed to be social, vibrant, and full of character.
Rocambolesco celebrates imagination and togetherness, bringing bold flavours, expressive design and the joy of gathering around the table into one immersive setting. The venue is designed to transition seamlessly from relaxed daytime dining to more atmospheric evenings.
Guests can enjoy indoor seating; a vibrant outdoor terrace, and bar seating designed for lively social occasions and spontaneous moments alike. The first-floor dining space, set to open later in the year, will introduce an elevated dinner-only experience curated for intimate evenings that unfold with rhythm and charm.
The menu is designed for discovery and conversation, led by Italian chef and MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi’s Young Chef Award recipient Luigi Stinga, who previously honed his craft for five years at Talea by Antonio Guida. The establishment was awarded One MICHELIN Star by the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi from 2022 to 2025. Under his direction as Executive Chef, familiar favourites are reimagined with unexpected twists, blending comfort and creativity.
Visually, Rocambolesco reflects its playful spirit through warm layered tones, artistic patterns and a bold yet inviting aesthetic, creating a setting where lifestyle energy meets expressive design.

Rocambolesco will be operated by Eclectic Hospitality, a joint venture between Infini Concepts and Alba Hospitality. Further details will be revealed as the venue prepares to add a vibrant new chapter to Uptown Dubai’s evolving lifestyle and dining scene.
