Having built his career with globally renowned hospitality brands including Accor, Rixos, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, Kempinski, Anantara, InterContinental and Sheraton, Chef Rustamjon brings a unique blend of creative vision, commercial acumen, and people-focused leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale culinary teams, launched innovative dining concepts, overseen high-profile events and banquets, and consistently driven excellence in both guest satisfaction and operational performance.
In his new role, Chef Rustamjon will oversee all culinary operations across Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha, guiding menu development, culinary strategy, food quality standards, sustainability initiatives, talent development, and guest-facing dining experiences. A passionate advocate for continuous learning and culinary evolution, Chef Rustamjon combines a strong academic foundation, including Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Tourism Management from Westminster International University in Tashkent and executive culinary studies at Cornell University with extensive hands-on leadership experience gained across diverse hospitality environments.
