Dubai, UAE — August 2026 — Dubai will host the 22nd edition of the International Property Show from September 7 to 9 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, in strategic partnership with the Dubai Land Department.
The event is expected to draw wide participation from investors, real estate developers, government entities, financial institutions, decision-makers and experts from across the globe.
The show is organized by Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, and aims to serve as an international platform bringing together key players in the real estate sector.
Organizers say it will provide an integrated environment for exchanging expertise and showcasing the latest projects and investment opportunities, helping strengthen ties between investors, developers and partners from regional and global markets.
The 2026 edition will feature a diverse program including a main conference, an institutional investors’ conference and a women’s conference, alongside specialized workshops and training programs, real estate project launch platforms, investor programs, and presentations on investment destinations.
Particular emphasis will be placed on the latest trends in real estate technology, sustainability and smart cities.
Early indicators point to growing global interest in the exhibition, with total exhibition space up 38 percent compared to the previous edition — underscoring the expanding scale of local and international participation and the event’s continued year-on-year growth.
The 2025 edition attracted more than 30,000 visitors from 153 countries, representing 182 nationalities, and facilitated deals and agreements worth more than AED 1.84 billion.
Organizers say the figures have cemented IPS’s position as one of the world’s leading specialized platforms for the real estate sector, and as a key pillar supporting Dubai’s drive to consolidate its global leadership in investment and sustainable urban development.
