The UAE Fuel Price Committee has announced the official petrol and diesel prices for September 2026, with petrol rates increasing by between 5.56 percent and 5.87 percent.
The updated prices were approved under the UAE’s monthly fuel pricing mechanism, which adjusts domestic fuel rates in line with movements in global oil and energy markets.
Under the new pricing structure, Super 98 petrol will cost AED 3.80 per litre, while Special 95 petrol has been set at AED 3.69 per litre.
The price of E-Plus 91 petrol will be AED 3.61 per litre, while diesel will cost AED 4.30 per litre.
The new fuel prices will take effect across the UAE from 1 September 2026 and will remain in place throughout the month.
