Set in the heart of Downtown Dubai, the evening brings together an elaborate multi-course gala dinner with the excitement of the city’s most anticipated night of the year, framed by views of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain and dazzling New Year’s Eve fireworks.

Guests can enjoy front-row terrace seating at AED 5,000 per person, second-row terrace seating at AED 4,000 per person, or celebrate indoors with seating from AED 3,000 per person. Each setting offers a specially curated evening of contemporary Indian flavors while welcoming 2027 in the heart of Downtown Dubai.

Guests can choose between dedicated vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus, thoughtfully curated for the occasion. The experience begins with an amuse-bouche, followed by cold appetizers served for sharing and individually plated hot appetizers. Main courses, assorted Indian breads and desserts are then presented sharing-style for the table, creating a celebratory dining experience designed to be enjoyed together.

Vegetarian highlights include Wild Mushroom Galouti, Punjabi Paneer Tikka, Jodhpuri Bharwan Mirch and Subz Badami Seekh, followed by comforting mains including Paneer Chaman Kaliyan, Dal Makhni and Hyderabadi Subz Dum Biryani.

The non-vegetarian selection features Gosht Pasillian, Murgh Chandi Tikka, Hariyali Black Cod and Rawa Jhinga, followed by indulgent sharing dishes including Lucknowi Gosht Nihari, Alleppey Prawns Curry, Delhi da Butter Chicken and Murgh Dum Biryani.

The evening concludes on a sweet note with Dates Almond Pudding served with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce, alongside Double ka Meetha topped with rabri and pistachios.
