Ramla Ahmed Al Ansari, Head of Emiratisation, TASC Outsourcing:
“Emirati women have already proven that they belong in every room where decisions are made. The next chapter is about ensuring they have the opportunities, exposure and authority to drive what happens in those rooms.
Working closely with talent and Emiratisation, I believe we need to look beyond participation numbers and ask ourselves whether we are creating careers where Emirati women can progress, lead and influence business outcomes.
The UAE has created an environment that encourages women to dream bigger, be ambitious and contribute to the country’s growth. The responsibility now extends to the employers to build on that foundation by recognizing potential, investing in their progression and giving them the authority to lead. This is how representation develops into lasting influence.
On Emirati Women’s Day, we should celebrate how far Emirati women have come, but also keep looking ahead. Success is not only having more women in the workforce. It is seeing more Emirati women shaping businesses, leading teams and influencing the future of our economy.”
