Abu Dhabi residents and visitors will benefit from free public parking and suspended toll charges during the Eid Al Fitr holiday, authorities have confirmed.
The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) announced that public parking fees under the “Mawaqif” system will be waived from Thursday, March 19, until Sunday, March 22. Paid parking will resume on Monday, March 23. Truck parking fees at Musaffah M-18 will also be free during the same period.
Meanwhile, Q Mobility confirmed that Darb toll gate charges will be suspended across Abu Dhabi throughout the holiday, starting March 19 and continuing until March 22. Toll fees will be reinstated on Monday, March 23.
Customer Happiness Centres will remain closed during the Eid break from March 19 to March 22, with normal working hours resuming on March 23.
However, customers can continue to access services кругл the clock through digital platforms, including the official Q Mobility website, the Darb mobile app available on iOS and Android, the TAMM platform, and the Service Support Centre at 80003009.
