Elevix, an AI-powered platform connecting startup founders, investors and specialist service providers, has announced a strategic partnership with Pink Camel Recruitment to strengthen startup development across the UAE and wider GCC. The collaboration brings together intelligent startup assessment and matchmaking with specialist talent and HR expertise, while opening additional channels for startup and investor participation.
At the centre of the Elevix platform is Elevix AI, which helps assess startups for investor readiness, generates a structured readiness score, identifies key strengths and information gaps, and facilitates connections among founders, investors, mentors and service providers. AI-generated assessments support informed next steps and do not replace human judgment or investment due diligence.
Talent availability remains a challenge for businesses across the GCC, even as employers adopt more cautious hiring strategies. According to Hays’ 2026 GCC Salary Guide, 90% of surveyed organisations reported skills shortages in 2025. Meanwhile, Boyden MENA’s May 2026 survey found that 52% of organisations had slowed hiring or become more selective, while 27% had implemented a hiring freeze.
For startups operating with limited resources, this creates a dual challenge: accessing specialised talent while managing costs. Finding the right people remains essential to building teams, executing business plans and converting investment into sustainable growth.
Under the agreement, Pink Camel Recruitment will introduce relevant startups and investors from its network to the Elevix platform. It will also serve as Elevix’s exclusive talent and HR partner for the UAE/ GCC, subject to the agreed scope of exclusivity, supporting startups through recruitment, executive search, specialist and technical hiring, candidate assessment and wider people advisory capabilities.
The collaboration brings together two complementary capabilities: an AI-powered platform for founders and investors, and specialist recruitment and talent expertise for startups building their teams. The two organisations also intend to contribute to mutually agreed events, founder mentorship, community engagement and ecosystem-development activities.
Elevix offers three founder membership tiers designed for different stages of the startup journey. LIFT is the free entry tier and provides a pitch-deck score, an assessment of strengths and weaknesses, and three recommended action points. ASCENT is a paid tier offering structured investor-readiness support, curated investor introductions through Elevix events for qualifying startups with an Elevix score of 75 or above, group sessions with experienced founders, curated service-provider access, thought-leadership workshops and AI-matched mentorship. ALTITUDE is a premium paid tier providing dedicated account support, enhanced investor-engagement opportunities, priority access to relevant events, one-to-one interactions with investors and experienced founders where available, curated service-provider access and quarterly progress reviews.
Pink Camel Recruitment’s expertise can help founders address talent and organisational needs as they progress from early assessment and investment preparation towards fundraising and expansion. Elevix will facilitate introductions between startups and investors within its network, alongside the services and benefits available to eligible members under their respective membership tiers. Specific services and commercial arrangements will remain subject to the partners’ agreed terms and applicable eligibility requirements.
Deepak Ahuja, Founder, Elevix, said: “Our vision for Elevix is to connect founders, investors and specialist partners through one intelligent operating platform. Elevix AI helps founders understand their readiness and helps ecosystem participants find more relevant connections. With Pink Camel, we can complement that intelligence with the human talent expertise startups need to build and scale their teams.”
Anishkaa Gehani, Co-Founder, Elevix, added: “A strong startup ecosystem is built through collaboration. The value of this partnership extends beyond recruitment, with Pink Camel bringing founder and investor connections, mentorship and opportunities to engage with the wider startup community. By combining these capabilities with Elevix’s investor-readiness platform, we aim to help founders access the expertise and connections they need as they build and scale businesses.”
Mollie Powell, Founder & CEO, Pink Camel Recruitment, said: “We are excited to partner with Elevix and see significant potential in the platform and its offerings. By bringing together complementary capabilities and networks, we aim to address important gaps in the startup ecosystem and strengthen the support available to founders.”
The collaboration brings recruitment, investor readiness, fundraising guidance and mentorship together, giving founders access to capabilities that can help them navigate different stages of their startup journey.
